Here you will find the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Ferienwohnung Sauerland Olsberg in Olsberg. By booking the accommodation you agree to the terms and conditions.

Arrival/departure:
The apartment is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Departure must take place by 10:00 am. Arrival is scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on the set day, a later arrival must be communicated. The keys are handed over by arrangement or via the key box.

The rental price includes
The accommodation, hot and cold water, gas, electricity, crockery, cutlery, car parking in the area of the apartment.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed. Dogs on request.

Number of persons:
A maximum of four people can stay in the apartment.

Booking/Payment:
The vacation apartment is only firmly booked for you once payment has been received.

Liability:
If the key is lost, the guest is responsible for the resulting costs (changing the locks). Should damage of any kind occur during the stay (e.g. broken glass, defective furniture, etc.), this must be reported to the landlord immediately and will be charged to you. If the reserved apartment is not occupied within 2 days of the booked date, we consider the booking to be canceled - there is no right to a refund of the amount paid. If, for any reason, the apartment is not suitable, this does not constitute a right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal/cancellation costs:
You can cancel your booked trip at any time. Cancellation is free of charge up to 29 days before arrival. After that, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total price.

The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written notification. All amounts paid in excess of these costs will be refunded immediately to the account specified by you. If you do not start your booked trip, for whatever reason, without notifying us in good time, we reserve the right to re-let the vacation apartment. Our services do not include insurance. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. However, we will endeavor to rent the accommodation to another tenant and offset the income accordingly.
